April Goals

After just being in a funk that I couldn’t get out of, I’m finally feeling like my old self again! Here are a few goals I’ve set for April

1. Under 280 lbs. I weighed in at 287 yesterday, and that just isn’t cool. Gaining 20ish lbs since Christmas has made me feel horrible. Losing at least 7 lbs is totally doable for the month!

2. Back to clean-er eating. I’ve been relying on processed stuff too much. I’m not saying that I’m cutting it all, just cutting back. I feel better when I do

3. Go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Goal for this week is Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and possibly once over the weekend. It will depend on how much homework I have left after Friday.

4. Ease back into running. After not running basically for 2+ months, I’m going to treat it as something new to me, and ease back into it. I definitely don’t need to overdue it, and risk an injury.

I think all of these are completely doable and they will help me get back on track

  1. great goals, they are all very realistic which helps! good luck. I too have gained some weight and stopped eating healthier foods, its so easy to fall into trap of grabbing convenience foods.
